 Updating vBulletin vs. Keeping things like they are.. |

Hi all.
I am having a bit of trouble on deciding how to go forward from here.
The forum is in need of an update. I can either renew our existing version 3.x license, or we can change to the new 4.x system.
The difference being, that the 4.x has a full content management system in place.
This basically means, that we will have a front page, blogs for members as well as a forum, all included in the package to start with. This way, we don't have to use things like vBadvanced, like we have now, which just add to potential security issues and lack of inter-operability.

Hi all,
It's been a while since the last update. Today I decided to merge the Audio discussion with the television forum.
We've previously merged arts with audio, this is the logical next-step.
All threads have been moved, the search index rebuilt - and everything should be in working order.

So, it looks like the forum hasn't been sending e-mails out since some time in April.
We're currently investigating, but this is the reason you haven't received:
PM notifications
Thread Notifications
User Confirmation e-mails
All other mails sent via the forum.
So sorry for the long wait experienced by some users, I will manually activate anyone who registers until the problem is resolved.
This post will be updated when this happens.
Update: The e-mail system is now working once again. We apologize for any inconvenience and we're blaming Debian and anti-virus!
